Every piece of our handcrafted, hand-glazed pottery is unique. Variations or “imperfections” may occur due to the natural occurrences that happen during firing process. All items are individually kiln-fired which adds to the beauty of each piece. Some of our kilns are over three-hundred years old! We will be happy to help you learn more about the processes involved in making our pottery.

All fountains are intended for outdoor use, and since they are made of natural materials, water seepage may occur. All fountains should be used with a pump and/or a base kit or disappearing reservoir kit.

Freight cost will be 10% of order total. Orders will be shipped out ASAP in the order which we received. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. We offer curbside delivery only. Inside delivery is not provided. Please ensure access for standard 24′ box trucks with liftgate to place pallet(s). PH Garden is not responsible for any charges incurred for a returned delivery due to lack of access.
A written notice is required in advance to cancel any orders. Cancellation may not be accepted once we have shipped the merchandise. A 15% restocking fee plus related freight charges will apply.
All items must be inspected upon arrival when delivered. Please note damages on the driver’s delivery receipt or bill of lading for credit consideration. Full credit will not be given to those who do not make notations on the driver’s delivery receipt. A damage report must be filed within 48 hours.
Merchandise may not be returned or refused without prior authorization and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee and any freight charges incurred. Returns will not be accepted after 10 days of receipt of merchandise.
